"I love interpreting the world around me—from ocean to mountains, from street corners to human expressions. Through my work, I invite you into vivid, curious, colorful worlds where play and emotion collide. Whether it’s a large-scale painting or a quick watercolor, my pieces are rooted in lived experience and a deep fascination with how people move through life."

The Story of Alimo
Alimo started out when I was a kid—whether I knew it or not. I’d draw weird scribbly lines and make ceramics that felt cool. It was a brain dump of my imagination onto any medium. A fun sport to create stuff just for me. It was rad.
I’d religiously read Snowboarder and Thrasher Magazine as a grom. The stuff they were creating mesmerized and inspired me. I didn’t understand how they did these graphics, but I’d try and replicate everything—from sketching logos in my binder to filming skate videos with friends.
Eventually I grew from a rugrat into an older human and headed to art school to explore all the fun stuff of making. That’s where things shifted. One day, during critiques, a classmate walked in late with a blank canvas, drew a single black dot in the middle, and gave a whole presentation about how it was art. I’d spent months on my project and he made his in seconds. But his concept was so powerful it cracked open my brain—and to this day, it still shapes how I approach every project.
Later that year, we were assigned to create a skateboard brand. I wanted to make something in spite of art school, something absurd and full of meaning because it meant nothing. I searched Urban Dictionary for “means nothing” and—boom—Alimo popped up. It was perfect. A week later, the definition disappeared. That day, Alimo was born. A name that meant nothing, but in reality, it meant everything.
I started pitching surf brands after college under the name Alimo—drawing, hustling, and slowly learning the biz. But over time, Alimo faded. I was creating for others and losing my own voice. So I quit all my freelance work and brought Alimo back to life.
Now, I create for myself again—channeling everything that raised me: skating, surfing, snowboarding, family, traveling, and a love for playful humans doing rad things.
Thanks for joining me here on the ride.

Next term, my professor asked everyone to create a skateboard brand. At the time, I was still fired up on this last students ‘art’. I wanted to create a brand that meant nothing in spite of art school but specifically this prior project. One day, I went to Urban Dictionary and typed in the words, ‘means nothing.’ Alimo popped up. It was perfect. A week later, I checked the site and the definition was gone. That day, Alimo was born. I had a name that meant nothing, but in actuality this concept meant everything.
This name kept on going after the school project. I started to use this as my company name and avatar pitching ideas to surf brands after college. I drew illustrations and slowly learned the ropes of the biz in the surf world. Over the years, Alimo faded away. My ideas were getting pushed onto other companies and that satisfaction to create for myself dwindled away.
Later on, I quit all of my freelance jobs to recreate Alimo. To bring it back to life. To create for myself and bring everything back to my upbringing. This was skating. This was traveling. Friends. Family. Surfing. Snowboarding. Creativity. To draw playful humans being rad.
Thank you for all being here with me on my journy.

Creative Universe
Fine Art: Through my fine art creations, I aim to capture the essence of the world around us. Each piece is inspired by my experiences traveling around the world and a window into my lens. Whether it's a serene landscape or a surfer ripping a wave, my art invites you to see the world through my eyes.
NFTs: In the world of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), I explore the limitless possibilities of art and technology. My NFT collections are both digital and physical work. I bridge both technologies seemless to offer proof of ownership on each piece, embracing the future of art in a blockchain-driven world.
Sustainable Clothing: Sustainability is the core of my ethos. I believe in clothing that not only looks good but also feels good for the planet. We strive to be plastic free where we can in all our clothing, prints, and accessories.
Murals: The world is my canvas, and I love adorning it with vibrant murals that tell stories and inspire change. My murals can be found in various outdoor spaces and office buildings, offering a unique perspective on the places they inhabit.
Commissions: I work with collectors to create custom fine art for their homes or offices. This is a special process and truly enjoy this.
Commercial Work: Collaborating with clients from diverse industries, I bring a touch of creativity to commercial projects. Whether that's collaborating on a mural, a capsule collection, licensing out my art, or creating an entire campaign for a brand.
